Odd having some Sabres players that will get you good fantasy points . Had Jack, Sam and ROR last year towards the end of the season. Years past never had a Sabre on my list . - cabin
Risto was a beauty for me in the first chunk of last season. |

Michael Stone might get you some points, but also could cost you in the +/-.
I expect you to name Beaulieu for mtl, but not sure what you could pick on offense. Do radulov or gallagher count? |

i drafted reinhart, bennett, and werenski in my new keeper league
i do have a question though lucas. my league i am running is switching to points based. what are your suggestions for what each thing should be worth? this is what i currently have:
Forwards/Defensemen Stat Category Value
Goals (G) 3
Assists (A) 2
Plus/Minus (+/-) 0.3
Powerplay Points (PPP) 1
Shorthanded Points (SHP) 2
Game-Winning Goals (GWG) 2
Shots on Goal (SOG) 0.3
Hits (HIT) 0.2
Blocks (BLK) 0.4
Goaltenders Stat Category Value
Wins (W) 3
Goals Against (GA) -1
Saves (SV) 0.3
Shutouts (SHO) 3
what do you think? |

yep always consider all categories when picking your players.
Radulov I'm thinking considering he had 0 points in the NHL and should help the Habs offense a lot. |

that's tough, usually my goalie stats are completely set aside from the forwards/defense.
we had 5 for a goal, 2 for an assist, +- = 1 or -1, PPG = 2 pts, PPA = 1 pts, SHG = 3 pts, SHA = 2 pts, GWG = 2 pts Hatrick = 5 points (didn't have hits, blocks or shots) goalie wins worth 5 points, shutout worth 10
everyone sets up differently, the key is for everyone to accept the setup ahead of time as it changes your drafting strategy.
cheers hope that helps

Yea, I set them up with my Co commish and we told everyone what they are and to make sure to take it into consideration when drafting. Hopefully it works out |

I'd imagine he goes in the 3rd-5th round in most pools |

Trying to decide my Four keepers
Right now I am at
Ovie
Quick
Gaudreau
Perry.
But debating swapping out Perry for Forsberg due to his age.
Also have bergeron and backstrom but dont think i'll be taking them.
Any advice? |

I was thinking of trying to take him in the 4th. Get a stud in the 1st, goalie 2nd, hall in the 3rd, and Mackinnon in the 4th. Ideally but it never works out that way haha |
